Creative Minds

Creative Minds is a multi-disciplinary exploration of the arts, what they mean, and how we can use them to help us better understand ourselves and the world around us. We explore disciplines such as painting, poetry, creative writing and music, and through study of different examples from each discipline, aim to help participants express themselves - sometimes for what might be the first time.

These sessions are a favourite among participants and staff/volunteers alike, as the immersive nature of constructing a narrative or creating a piece of art is a great way to relax and detach from stresses of modern-day life. Depending on group size and the aims of you as an organisation, there is potential to have field trips as part of this programme.

Creative Minds is, like all of our programmes, designed to be fully accessible. If your organisation has members with specific needs, then please let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that into our planning.
